Dresses for Ballet Groups
In Balettikoulu Sinikello, the ballet groups always have certain dresses, tights and soft ballet shoes in certain groups. From the B II group onwards dancers use also pointe shoes and a separate skirt.
Dresses for ballet groups (from groups for younger children to groups for older children):
Children’s ballet S I and S II
Pink dress with a tulle skirt. White or pink tights and soft ballet shoes.
Elementary ballet A I and A II
Basic white dress, white tights and soft ballet shoes.
Ballet I
Light blue dress, white tights and soft ballet shoes.
Ballet II
Light blue dress, white tights, soft ballet shoes and a skirt. In spring term pointe shoes.
Ballet III and IV
Black dress, white tights, soft ballet shoes and a skirt. Added to this, pointe shoes.
Advanced ballet IV and ballet V
Purple dress, white skirt, white tights and soft ballet shoes. Added to this, pointe shoes.
Ballet VI and advanced ballet VI
Red dress, black skirt, white tights and soft ballet shoes. Added to this, pointe shoes.
Ballet VII, advanced ballet VII and ballet VIII
Dark blue dress, black skirt, white tights and soft ballet shoes. Added to this, pointe shoes.
Advanced ballet VIII, ballet IX and advanced ballet IX
Burgundy dress, white tights, black skirt and soft black ballet shoes. Added to this, pointe shoes.
Boys
Black trousers for male dancers and a white T-shirt. Bigger boys use soft black ballet shoes as well (Tiikeripoikien Valioryhmä use black T-shirt).
